Tetrabuild Services homepage showing the construction hero and the building materials catalogue entry point

The brief this work answers

Tetrabuild does two different things for two different buyers. It is a construction and civil engineering contractor, and it is a supplier of building materials — waterproofing, geosynthetics, scaffolding and related lines.

Those audiences arrive with incompatible intentions. A project owner is assessing credibility over several visits. A site manager needs a price on a specific product today. One homepage has to serve both without burying either.

Approach

The site splits at the top level rather than blending. The contractor story runs through capability and completed projects; the supply business runs through a searchable, filterable product catalogue with a quote basket instead of a checkout — the correct pattern for trade materials, where price depends on volume and delivery.

A guided navigator helps a visitor who knows the problem but not the product name get to the right category. Around that sit the trust apparatus a construction buyer actually reads: project galleries, testimonials, a structured FAQ, and a consultation request that is never more than one click away.

Typography does the register-shifting — a technical grotesque with monospaced detailing for specifications, keeping the engineering side legible without making the corporate side feel cold.

Outcome

One site, two complete journeys, and a materials catalogue that behaves like a commerce product without pretending trade pricing works like retail.

The quote basket is the pivot: it captures intent at the moment the visitor has it, and hands sales a specified enquiry rather than a phone number.

The site is live — open it and use it.
