What happens to your information.

This policy explains what happens to personal information you give to bethelmozart.com. The site is operated by Bethel Mozart, an independent design practice based in Kampala, Uganda.

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the project type and budget range you select, and the message you write. Nothing else is collected. There is no account system, no advertising network, and no third-party tracking script running on this site.

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the project. That is the only purpose. Your details are never sold, rented, or passed to anyone for marketing.

Contact form submissions are delivered by email and are stored in that mailbox. The site is hosted on shared hosting, and the host processes standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — as part of running any website. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you.

Enquiries are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and project correspondence is kept for as long as needed for business records. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time and it will be.

This site sets one cookie, named theme-mode, which remembers whether you chose the light or dark version of the site. It expires after 30 days, contains no personal information, and is not used for tracking. Nothing is set until you press the toggle.

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@bethelmozart.com and it will be handled promptly.
