These terms cover use of bethelmozart.com and the basis on which design work is quoted. The site is operated by Bethel Mozart, an independent design practice based in Kampala, Uganda.

You are welcome to browse, share and link to anything here. The site is provided as it is; while it is kept accurate and available, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

The projects displayed on this site are shown as portfolio work. Copyright and trademarks in client brands, logos, mastheads and published material remain with the organisations that own them. Design work, layouts, photography treatment and written content created by Bethel Mozart remain the property of Bethel Mozart unless transferred in writing under a project agreement. Nothing here may be reproduced commercially without permission.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Every project is quoted individually in writing, setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work begins once that quote is accepted and any agreed deposit is received.

Specific terms — revision rounds, payment schedule, ownership transfer on final payment, and what happens if scope changes — are set out in the individual project agreement. Those terms take precedence over anything on this page.

This site links to external pages, including Behance galleries and live client websites. Those pages are outside my control and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, liability arising from use of this website is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
