The brief this work answers

Else Forwarding and Logistics handles relocation, cargo, warehousing and clearing for individuals, families and businesses across Uganda and internationally — moving homes and offices, and moving goods across borders.

The anxiety in this category is specific and unusual. A customer is handing over everything they own, or a shipment their business depends on, to people they have never met. The website's job is to remove that uncertainty before it asks for an enquiry.

Approach

The centre of the site is the process, made explicit in five stages — request and consultation, quote and planning, processing, shipping and tracking, delivery and support. Setting it out plainly converts an opaque service into something a customer can picture happening to them.

Around it, the structure carries the other reassurance signals a logistics buyer checks: who the company is, which services it actually operates, port connections and partners, completed work, testimonials, and a FAQ that answers the customs and timing questions that otherwise become phone calls.

The quote request runs persistently through the site rather than living on one page, because in this category the decision to enquire happens at an unpredictable point — usually the moment a specific worry gets answered.

Outcome

A site that sells a logistics service the way it is actually bought: process first, proof second, price conversation last.

Making the five stages the spine of the page is the decision that does the work. It answers the customer's real question — what will happen to my things — before they have to ask it.

The site is live — open it and use it.
