Century Property homepage showing searchable plot listings with location filters and the instalment estimator

The brief this work answers

Century Property Real Estates sells plots along the Mukono–Kayunga, Gayaza, Hoima, Masaka, Mityana and Katosi roads.

Land buying in Uganda carries two problems the internet usually makes worse. Buyers cannot always tell what they are being offered — agreement land and titled land are different propositions with different risks — and they cannot tell what they can afford until someone quotes them. Both gaps are where mistrust grows.

Approach

The site closes both gaps directly. Listings are searchable and filterable by corridor, size and price, mapped so a buyer can orient themselves geographically rather than by road name alone.

Agreement and titled land are explained side by side, in plain language, as a comparison rather than a disclaimer — the honest version of a distinction that other sellers leave vague. An instalment estimator lets a buyer model a payment plan themselves before speaking to anyone, which removes the most common reason people abandon a land purchase halfway.

A plot matcher takes buyers who know their budget and intention but not the market and narrows the listings for them. A serif display face keeps the brand feeling established rather than speculative, which matters in a category with a trust problem.

Outcome

A land site that answers the two questions buyers are usually afraid to ask, and lets them arrive at a conversation already informed.

Explaining the agreement-versus-title distinction openly is a commercial risk that pays: the buyers who continue after reading it are buyers who trust the seller.
