LMN Advocates
A law firm site that helps a client work out what kind of problem they have before asking them to describe it.

The brief this work answers
LMN Advocates & Legal Consultants is a law firm in Rubaga, Kampala. Its stated approach is to begin by understanding the client's business, circumstances and goals before bringing the law to bear.
That order — understand first, advise second — is unusual enough to be the whole positioning, and the site had to be structured to demonstrate it rather than just assert it.
Approach
The architecture follows the firm's own sequence: who we are, what we practise, how we work, who does it, what we have written, and only then how to make contact. Putting the approach section between expertise and people mirrors the way the firm describes itself.
The practical device is a practice-area navigator. Most people with a legal problem cannot name the area of law it falls under — they can describe a situation. The navigator translates one into the other, which turns a confused visitor into a correctly-routed enquiry.
A client desk section carries preparatory tools, so someone can arrive at a first consultation already organised. A serif for the firm's voice and a clean sans for interface keep the register professional without the heraldic clichés the category leans on.
Outcome
A firm site that does triage before the first phone call, and structures its own credibility in the order a prospective client actually evaluates it.
The navigator is the piece that earns its place. It converts the most common barrier to legal enquiry — not knowing what to ask for — into a two-minute interaction.
